MUAY THAI CLASSES

Muay Thai or also known as Thai boxing is the ultimate whole body work out utilising every single muscle in your body, in truly functional ways through a combination of punches, elbows, knees, kicks and fun in the way exercise should be! These sessions will include pads, sparing, drills, technical work and clinching.

Come down to our classes and learn Muay Thai in a fun, friendly, safe environment and make some friends along the way! We run group classes 4 times a week. Everyone is welcome all levels, all ages, all sizes. whether you want to compete, get fit, learn Muay Thai or just meet some new people this is the place. Everyone at the class is super friendly and helpful, the classes have a great atmosphere, everyone gets a good workout whilst learning the deadly art of Muay Thai.
