We offer Muay Thai, Boxing, weight loss or get fit programs which include weekly live sessions with James Toomey. Once you've filled out the JTT questionnaire, we will create a bespoke food and training plan that will help you reach your goal. To make sure you're on track as part of the training program, we will do regular weigh-ins and you can opt into the optional fitness tests.
